- TO USE METRO SERVICE

ALWAYS CALL METRO FIRST FROM PREVIOUS DEVICE TO LINK YOUR SIM WITH DEVICE'S IMEI

(ASK TO LINK YOUR SIM CARD WITH NEW  UNLOCKED iPHONE)

- 'SIM NOT SUPPORTED' MESSAGE 

YOUR iPHONE IS NOT ON LATEST iOS SOFTWARE UPDATE (CHECK IN SETTINGS-GENERAL-SOFTWARE UPDATE)

OR YOU ARE USING CDMA SIM AND YOUR iPHONE DOES NOT HAVE 'MEID' # (CHECK IN SETTINGS-GENERAL-ABOUT-SCROLL DOWN)

- 'NO SERVICE' MESSAGE 

YOUR SIM IS CARD IS NOT ACTIVE OR iPHONE IS REPORTED LOST/STOLEN.

- 'NO SIM' MESSAGE 

YOU PLACED MAS PRO AND SIM INCORRECTLY OR CHIP OR SIM IS DAMAGED.

- NO ICCID MENU

IF YOU PRESSED SOMETHING WRONG OR NEED TO UPDATE ICCID AFTER iOS UPDATE:

#1 TAKE OUT MAS PRO CHIP AND YOUR SIM CARD

#2 PUT MAS PRO WITH ANY OTHER SIM CARD AND WAIT UNTIL MENU POPS UP

#3 REPLACE THE CHIP BACK WITH YOUR DESIRED CARRIER SIM AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS

- IF CARDS DO NOT SEEM TO FIT INSIDE THE TRAY

PLEASE DO NOT FORCE!!! YOU WILL DAMAGE THE UNLOCK CHIP!!!

- IF INTERNET DOES NOT CONNECT AUTOMATICALLY

#1 CONNECT TO Wi-Fi

#2 OPEN SAFARI

#3 GO TO UNLOCKIT.CO.NZ

#4 CLICK ON 'CREATE APN' ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE

#5 CHOOSE YOUR COUNTRY AND CARRIER YOU ARE USING

#6 CLICK TO INSTALL

#7 REBOOT YOUR iPHONE
