FOR BEST RESULTS PLEASE LOG OUT OF YOUR iCLOUD PRIOR TO UNLOCKING AND LOG BACK IN WHEN THE UNLOCK PROCESS IS COMPLETED.

UNLOCK STEPS (PLEASE WAIT 20-45 SECONDS FOR MENU TO OPEN UP)

1. Select ICCID/MNC

2. Select ICCID+MNC Manual

3. Click 'Send'

4. Click 'Accept'

5. Turn Data Roaming ON

6. Go to Cellular - Network Selection

7. Turn 'Automatic' OFF

8. Select Your New Carrier

9. Go to Sim Applications and 'Re-Activate'

IF THERE IS NO INTERNET & DOES NOT RECEIVE CALLS:

Backup your iPhone and proceed with factory restore the iPhone (settings, general, reset- erase all contents and settings) while keeping the SIM and chip inside. The phone will re-activate with stable signal)

If the internet does not connect automatically after the unlock:

Connect to WiFi, Open Safari. Go to unlockit.co.nz click on the 'Create APN' on the bottom of the page. 

Select your country and the carrier you will be using and click 'Create APN' and 'Install'. 

Go to Sim Applications and 'Re-Activate'!

VERY IMPORTANT: IN FUTURE PLEASE UPDATE iOS ONLY USING WI-FI (NEVER iTUNES)

DO NOT 'FACTORY RESTORE' THE iPHONE!!!

PLEASE ALLOW TIME TO ACTIVATE EVEN IF IT SAYS 'SIM NOT SUPPORTED'.
